Updating data structures to Version 2

* Refactored several variable names, some functions may need updating.
* Corrs was changed from cell-of-structs to a cell-array.  Some functions may still need updating.
* Removed old, unused variables

Thinking on sampling

Did a writeup on MCMCDA with attachments, see associated "strategy" entry

Thinking on priors

Did a writeup on association priors, see associated "reference" entry
