I'm a computer science Ph.D. student at The University of Arizona, studying computer vision. I work under the advisement of Dr. Kobus Barnard in the Interdisciplinary Visual Intelligence Lab.

My research is in semantic multiple-view 3D reconstruction of biological structure, with focuses on Gaussian processes and Bayesian modeling and inference. I'm currently working on reconstructing plant models, where thin structures and textureless surfaces pose difficulties for traditional reconstruction algorithms.
